Founder - Lev Ozdemir, President Buildzyn
Buildzyn was founded in 2004 by Lev Ozdemir. Before creating his own company, The Ryerson graduate developed an exceptional portfolio in working for some of Canada’s leading development and consulting firms including: Helyar & Associates, Kellner Fine Homes and CM2R. Lev’s knowledge of both construction and design firmly places Buildzyn in the forefront of the development industry. Buildzyn prides itself on being an integrated ‘design and construction’ firm that bridges the gap between project conception and completion. Lev believes in motivating his team to explore their creative boundaries and hires tradesmen who are meticulous in their work, thus offering a finished product with unparalleled attention to detail. Lev’s career highlights include consulting on a number of the cities most significant projects including: The ROM, The National Ballet School, The National Tennis Center, The Four Season Center for the Performing arts and MaRS. Currently, Lev is a key partner, alongside NYC club legend Peter Gatien, in the highly anticipated CiRCA nightclub, set to open in Summer 2007. His astute business sense and connections in the industry have been key driving force of this project. Lev has been recently featured on HGTV’s The Designer Guy and in the September 2006 issue of GQ magazine.
